Supongo que eso es un mal de todas las Universidades, pero quienes no han aprendido o tenido acceso a más tecnología, estarán contentos con eso...no? hay muchas personas que no trabajan o no tienen acceso a mejores recursos...pero uno aga tanto en la U, que esperaría más..
